Russell Dupere has represented public schools throughout the Commonwealth as General Counsel and Labor Counsel for over twenty years. In addition, he serves as Labor Counsel for many municipalities across Massachusetts. These areas of practice include providing day-to-day legal advice related to student issues, employment matters, open meeting law complaints, discrimination actions, civil rights and first amendment claims.
Attorney Dupere has negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements and has participated in mediation and fact finding related thereto. He has also argued numerous cases before arbitrators, the Department of Labor Relations, and the Civil Service Commission.
